Apple Crisp (paleo)

Ingredients

  • 1 quart apple pie filling

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 cup certified gluten free oats

  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flour

  • Almond flour (see directions)

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup melted ghee

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375*.
  • Pour canned apples into a sprayed 8×8 baking dish.
  • Put the 2 Tablespoons of coconut flour in a 1 cup measuring cup. Finish filling the measuring cup with almond flour. Mix the flours, oats, sugar, and cinnamon together.
  • Pour over apples.
  • Pour the melted ghee over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
